Return window

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

What can be returned

To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, with any seal intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned

For product integrity and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of:

• any vial or container whose seal has been broken or which shows signs of use
• any product that has been reconstituted, diluted, decanted or otherwise altered
• any product that has been stored outside the conditions listed on the product page
• sale items and gift cards

Once a research product has left our control and its seal is broken, we cannot verify its condition, so it cannot be resold or returned to stock.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photographs and your order number so we can put it right. This applies regardless of the seal condition.

How to start a return

Contact service@tgcoptimize.com before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted we will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Exchanges

The quickest route is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact service@tgcoptimize.com.

Order cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, including where a buyer indicates an intended use other than laboratory research.
