Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the United States.

We may decline or cancel an order for any destination where the products cannot lawfully be supplied.

Shipping methods and timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and by the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination. Any free shipping threshold in effect is shown at checkout and applies to qualifying orders only.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging and handling

Orders are packed to protect the product in transit. Research materials should be transferred to appropriate storage conditions on arrival — storage requirements are listed on each product page.

Delays

During busy periods, or where a carrier experiences disruption, delivery may take longer than estimated. We will keep you informed where we can.
